I’ve loved flowers and green, growing things as long as I can remember, and I welcome every opportunity to rearrange nature’s art to create my own. I love to include local, seasonal, and native plants, herbs, flowers, and even fruit and vegetables into arrangements for weddings and other events.
While most of my clients choose my full design services, I do offer all clients the opportunity to accompany me to the flower market in San Francisco to choose their own flowers the week of the event. I also offer an assisted DIY service for people who are hands-on and interested in participating in the creation of the art for their wedding day. You may want more control over the look and cost of your flowers than you’re able to find with a traditional wedding florist, or you may want to do the flowers yourself but need someone else to take charge or someone to teach you how to arrange them. You may be planning a destination wedding to the Bay Area or wine country from someplace else and need a local to help with floral resources, or you may be a Bay Area native who has never before thought about where to get flowers for an event. Flowers look their best arranged the day before or the day of an event, and when you’re a part of all the other festivities involved, adding one more time-consuming last minute DIY task can be daunting, even if your plans are simple or modest.
